friends

We spent all of August hanging with friends. Boden loves Brynn next door and is always inviting himself over to her house.






We went up to the McCoy cabin and had a blast with Jane.









































And we hung around the back yard having campfires and gardening.

Oh yea, and we also went to a twins game, didn't stay too long.

North Shore vacation

We had a great time on our North Shore vacation. We started in Bayfield, WI and took a ferry over to Madeline Island. We stayed at Big Bay State Park. It was beautiful, the beach was better than any beach in Mexico, but the water is COLD as Boden quickly found out -but then didn't really care. It rained all day the second day so we got a refund and went to Duluth to stay at The Edge water park. We were happy to be watching the storm from our cozy room.

Then we spent the rest of the trip sight seeing in Duluth and staying at the Lake Breeze resort.

4th of July!

We went out to a CSA farm for the 4th and camped. I think Boden saw all 400 acres! We rode on the 6 wheeler and Boden even found his very own tractor. The fireworks were awesome, thanks Doug!
