15 Months

He is talking ALL the time. He can now say about 20 words or more. Here are just a few of the new ones..
this, that, no-way-no-how, stuck, hop, please (peas).

He can now climb up onto just about every chair, couch, bench, railing, etc and is so proud when he reaches the top.

MORE teeth! There are 12 of them in there now.

Grandma Nanny!

I am not sure who is having more fun! Boden and Grandma Kay have been having a blast together. Yeah for free and quality daycare!

Transition....

We have been busy WAITING. Beth and Boden flew to MN last week and drove back with Grandma to pack up and move. Beth got the job in MN working for the City of Hopkins and is supposed to start June 16. Jake is going to stay in Steamboat to sell the house. Life has been moving on, we have had a lot of interest in the house and thought that we almost sold it last week. Here are some pictures from the last few weeks...

Mullet Baby!

Boden found the costumes the other day and decided that he has a new favorite hair style.

At first he didn't recognize himself in the mirror, wish I would have gotten that moment on film!

Spring in Steamboat!

I think we are officially done with snow for the year. Boden has been really enjoying playing in the yard with the dogs. And they seem to enjoy it too -most of the time.

Our little helper... if only that mower actually worked!

We are still working on being gentle with the flowers.

We think he is going to be a chef -just like his daddy.

Boden was sick all last week, he had RSV, but is all better now.

He has learned a new trick- how to flush the toilet. I think our water bill just doubled!

Big Boy!

We can not believe how quickly he is changing. He is talking all the time and can easily understand long sentences and will go get his shoes out of his room and bring them to you when asked. He will shake his head yes or no when asked questions and can say: hi, byebye, ahh done, ya, no, and a bunch of babble that is really cute.

Oh yeah and he can RUN!

He likes to turn the lights on and off from bed- we had to move the bed!

Here is some true truckerman playtime in our jammies!

More from Cabo

OK, we couldn't help ourselves, here are some more photos from Grandma's camera in Mexico.
